We love this house because it is so versatile. Great for a family with children because of the huge fenced yard and the area for playscapes/pool/workshop. The home is close enough (<1 mile from WVU Beckley campus) so that you could walk to work/school. Very convenient to shopping, New River Gorge, restaurants and lots of outdoor activities. The home has a fully HVAC basement with outside entrance that offers lots of storage. There's a fully floored attic that also has tons of storage. The house is being offered fully furnished (request exclusion list) and has been totally redone so all you have to do is bring your toothbrush & clothes!
