We completely updated this house including gutting the bathroom and adding a new tub and vanity. We combined the dining and kitchen area with a stone bar with built in wine fridge and a built-in hutch. All trim has been replaced with a modern colonial that is painted white. The windows have been finished to match the trim as well. We added a dishwasher, standup pantry and under cabinet lighting. We added to large closets to the mud room, and we completely finished the garage with built in shelving. We added can lights in the living room and much more. If you want a house that you can walk in the door and not do anything, you have found it! This is a great starter home that does not cost a ton, and has a large yard for kids or animals (we have had no pets in the house ever!) Also two years ago I added a large shed outback that is hidden from the road (as if the 28x32 896sqft heated garage wasn’t large enough!). You must see this house to truly appreciate all of the upgrades!
