Phone service and internet are provided by your VERIZON account and a whole house Wilson booster which is also included. 1 of the propane bottles remains with the home. The toilets are Seperette imported Swiss toilets, and are a urine diverter type. No septic tank as there is no brown water and no one wanted to install one during COVID here. The water system is a constantly sanitary 1500 gallon cistern, and a 1.5 HP pump that provides constant 55 pounds of water pressure on demand. We haul water from Magdalena and is cheap and also can be delivered. Hauling trailer DOES NOT convey. This house can be and is insured for full replacement value due to the correct nature of its installation and is compliant with taxes which are current. Deed in hand, deactivated title (required to make it real property) in hand. There is a Land Owners (NOT HOMEOWNERS) Association that takes 150 dollars a year which only purpose is to maintain roads which are readily passable year round in our 2 wheel drive tiny car and catering vehicle.
