BEDROOMS
This Southern Maine retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, dresser, and a closet, while a second bedroom down the hall includes a full bed and a twin. On the lower level of the home, you'll find a kid-friendly bunk room with 2 full bunks and 2 twin bunks, and across the hall, a queen bedroom with its own closet and dresser. Each bedroom is outfitted with Roku TVs and window A/C units for your comfort.
BATHROOM
There is one bathroom in the home located on the top floor between the two bedrooms. It features a bath tub and is stocked with all the essentials you'll need for the duration of your stay.
KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOMS
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you'll need to feel at home. The dining room table (which has been replaced since photos were taken) seats 6, there are also 4 stools at the kitchen island for additional seating.
Two spacious living rooms on the main floor provide plenty of room for everyone to gather. Whether you're hosting family game night, streaming a movie, or curling up with a book, these spaces are designed to bring your group together in comfort.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and enjoy one of the home's best features: the ample outdoor space. The large deck includes dining seating for six and a gas grill, perfect for summer cookouts. The deck also features a wraparound bench along the edge, so there is room to relax for larger groups. The yard is great for kids to run and play, or for a game of corn hole. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and relax with your favorite people after a fun-filled day at the beach.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The home is heated by baseboard heat, and is cooled by window AC units - one in each bedroom and each living room. The driveway offers parking for up to 7 vehicles total. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock your personalized code will be provided before check-in.
All utilities included. $2,500 refundable security deposit, $200 nonrefundable pet deposit, $250 cleaning fee. Minimum 30-day lease.
Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 2.5x the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
Renters insurance required.
Move in ready. All appliances and furniture is included.
A utilities allowance of $400/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant.
Notice to vacate agreement applies including month-to-month extensions.
