It's a great location and a nice home, we're just looking to downsize. We have trouble keeping the place clean and we just don't use the space. Basement is finished and has a full bathroom with a large closet and a shower. The garage fits one car and has work space and cabinets, and an enclosed laundry room. The living room and dining room are one big space, with open kitchen. I'm repainting the cabinets right now.. appliances are all staying. The upstairs bathroom is smaller than the basement one, but it has a tub and a small storage area. There are 3 bedrooms of varying sizes. Two have new vinyl flooring and the third has the original hardwood. All are freshly painted. The master bedroom has 2 closets, one being much larger. We keep a dresser in it and still have closet space.. The other two have small closets. HOA is $250 annually and they're pretty chill as long as you keep the yard clean. Neighbors are very sweet, and it's a pretty safe place to have kids. Plenty of yard in front and back. Covered patio needs work but it's functional. Back yard is fenced with privacy fence on one side. We have chickens and geese and have plenty of room for them and the dogs when they're out.
