Our required standards for qualifying to rent a unit are: All properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status. Each adult occupant must submit complete the application and provide the required documents. You must have a favorable rental history and civil/criminal background. You must able to provide acceptable form income (60 days paystubs, Social Security Award Letter, etc. for each occupant who is 18 years or older that's not a full-time student). You must have good housekeeping, payment, and maintenance references from all previous Landlords. Completed Applications (must include all required documents and $50 per adult non-refundable application fee) will be processed and approved in the order they are received based on a first-come-first-serve basis. NHS will stop accepting applications upon receiving the first 5 completed applications, & non-refundable application fees. In order to qualify, applicant must be income eligible based on total household size and total household income. Total household income cannot exceed the following: Household of 1 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $46,980 Household of 2 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $53,700 Household of 3 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $60,420 Household of 4 Total Household Income Cannot Exceed $67,080 NHS owns 26 rental units of which 8 are mobile, visual, and hearing accessible.
