House is fully handicap accessible with front ramp, grab bars, and walk in shower within master bathroom. House also has wide thresholds to the front door, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom to accommodate a standard size wheelchair.
House is equipped with an automatic generator which starts once the city's supply is out and will also administer a self-test/maintenance mode for 15mins once a week.
Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance with at least a $100,000 policy within 30days of signing.
