We are in the process of building a new home on this property and in the meantime it is a beautiful cabin to enjoy and may include the dock for a boat ( call to discuss details). It will be at least 30 days to get the permit to build. So we thought it is such a wonderful place and time of the year to have your own lake cabin for July into August. The place is simple and its all about the location and convenience. There is also a full dock you can use to swim and we can discuss further ideas. It is very important to be a quite and respectful renter as the neighbors are wonderful people and relationships we plan to have for the next 15 years so this will be our largest item to qualify the right tenant. This wont last as a great place for the peak summer month and has 2 a/c window units one in living room and one in bedroom and a clean bathroom and bedroom with new anderson window. The place is not furnished as these are the pictures from the sell of property. Dish Network is on the house and likely can be hooked up if needed by tenants. Tenant responsible for electric and everything else is covered.
