    Be a part of the past. This home and two matching outbuildings were built in the 1930's. Built by stone Craftsmen from long ago. Stone work is in very good condition. Along with Colored metal roof. The 2bd/1ba home has hardwood floors. There are two other wood frame buildings that give no value to the property. Although one of those buildings is setting on a poured foundation with good roof. That building could be covered w/ colored metal. That building is approximately 30x40 feet. Farm is very accessible to drive on. Almost 1/2 mile to end of property, just follow mowed path. Just off state Hwy F about 1/2 mile to property. Several large mature oak trees in yard. Boundary fencing status is unknown. However boundary fence on south appears to be good, 5 barb wire with steel posts. There is some good 5 wire with steel post cross fencing. There are 9 stone pillars around the yard that match the house that are ready for a new board fence to be attached. 4.8 miles to Niangua, 11 miles to Marshfield, 28 miles to Lebanon, and 37 miles to Springfield.
