While on the rear deck, take in the distant ocean and mountain views, pick avocados, oranges and bananas from the large yard (.39 acres). For the warmer summer months, there are A/C units in all three bedrooms and the living room. For cooler nights in the winter, warm yourself up with the wood burning fireplace in the family room. The rent is $4125/month and tenants are responsible for electricity and water which averages $300/month.
