We show by appointment Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm. 1930's apartment building with sixteen units (mix of studios and one bedrooms). Check out Google Maps to see just how fantastic this location is. Just three blocks from Union Station, yet on a prime residential street in Capitol Hill. Right next to Buffalo and Bergen bagel/coffee shop. Two blocks from Senate Office Buildings and Capitol. Enjoy H Street, Whole Foods, Eastern Market, and access to the whole city via metro. Resident manager, coin operated laundry, cable, FiOS and wifi ready. Non-smoking building. Cats allowed, but no other pets (sorry!).
