Only 3 minutes from the plaza and beaches in downtown Rincon! Its a super quiet and safe area with great neighbors. All homes in the neighborhood are very nice and no late night partiers and mostly all familes. We are the first people to live in this home, and original builder/owner was an Army Veteran and made sure everything was built extremely well, and the house had zero problems through Maria. We have never ever run out of water in five years, and they redid all the power lines on our street within last year. Has A/C in all the rooms, on demand hot water throughout, security system with cameras and alarm, high speed wifi, nice W/D, double oven, huge master bedroom (15x20) plus large walk in closet with ceiling fan, and his and hers sides. The large master bathroom has two sinks, and the master shower (7x6) has two shower heads and a built in bench. The very serene screened in front porch (30x11) makes evenings amazingly enjoyable while listening to the coquis, or you can project movies onto wall at the end and have your own screened-in theater without bugs! Property also has a whole house power transfer switch and dual fuel generator, and the entire property is gated and walled. Home is built entirely out of steel framing and the roof joists are all 2x6 pressure treated wood, and the porch has 6x6 pressure treated beams. It is also in a very protected valley that keeps it cool and out of the high winds. Also all appliances and everything in house were brand new in 2018/2019. Great home for full time living as a family as is, or can easily convert massive porch, play room, storage room and part of carport into extra bedrooms and sleep over 20 people. Selling mostly furnished.
