Noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Quiet hours and night time light ordinances are enforced due to the Ranch's proximity to Palomar Observatory, Cleveland National Forest and Santa Rosa Ecological Plateau. The amount of cars at the home and people within the home must be within maximum amount. Tenants with pets are responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the pet or home.
