Room details
Private Room with a guest bathroom, shared kitchen area and laundry close to Soldotna off of Mackey Lake rd. This is a brand new home with full amenities and utilities included. I have two rooms available. I am looking for a quiet female with no pets or children as I already have pets of my own and the occupant must be good with animals. I will conduct an interview with each potential candidate to see if they are a good fit.
Long term and short term lease are available.
