We're essentially positioned between Playa Vista and Culver City, and just a 5-minute drive to Abbot Kinney Blvd. It's the perfect place for a summer holiday! Our bright and colorful beach bungalow features a secluded front yard enclosed by tall green hedges with outdoor sitting space. The sunbathed open-plan living area leads to the main bedroom, which has French doors opening onto another little garden. We do not live onsite so the little home is self contained and private. Lease terms: Month-to-Month contractual lease with the option to extend. -One months downpayment as the deposit. -Renters insurance would be optional. -Included in monthly rental are utilities and internet. -Parking on the street is available and un permitted. -Smoking Prohibited in the dwelling. -Trash to be set out onto curb each Sunday evening for Monday pick up. -Pets preferably not on furniture.
