Any clogged pipes will be the responsibility of the tenant. All sewer line repairs will go through landlord & Greenwood Sewer Service. Soil pipe will be scoped at end of renters lease. Any non-degradable particles in soil pipe will result in charges to clear & restore soil pipe to pre-lease condition.
