Once you request a tour date & time, info will be sent to us to be confirmed. After confirmation, you will arrive at the property at that said confirmed date & time. Upon arrival, you will send a message, along with a copy of your id. Finally, you will then receive a lock box code to let yourself in to look around. Failure to follows these steps may delay tour times or access may be denied. There is an application fee per all occupants aged 18 or older. Completed applications are considered on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Approved applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease. The Lease start date must be within 7 days after approval unless stated otherwise per lease agreement. This requirement is applicable even if an approved applicant has not seen the inside of the home. One year minimum lease term is required, however, terms and conditions of lease can be altered more or less for traveling medical field workers & military workers only and stated clearly in lease terms. We collect a security deposit equal to one month's rent for all new leases. Resident is responsible for electricity (power) utility. Water is covered to up to ($33 for the household). Sewer and Trash pick up are both FREE and included with the property. Washer and dryer are both included and are located in the house. Pets will be considered but MUST be approved before signing lease. We accept SOME dog breeds and other animals. We require a one-time pet fee of $300 for each pet and an additional $30 monthly charge thereafter. There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property or inside the garage.
