Your portion is ~ $1,070/month. Utilities: Electric, internet, and City utilities split 3 ways. Typically, $75 - $120/month/person, depending on the season. 5 bed/3 bath house. You will have your own bathroom! 2 rooms are used for storage/guest beds. Big windows, lots of light, and beautiful views of Clear Creek Canyon, Golden, and North Table Mountain. It's a great spot to grow houseplants! Upstairs: Shared entry room, full kitchen, living room with fireplace, and huge deck. 2 bedrooms with wood floors and private paths. Downstairs: Shared storage room, washer and dryer, garage (used for storage), and my room. 15-minute walk to North Table Mountain trails, 20-minute walk to downtown Golden, easy access to Clear Creek Trail and Tucker Gulch Trail. Deer, bunnies, and birds are regular visitors here.
