I work in park and trail planning and usually work from home on Mondays and Fridays. We are friendly and easy going, but both value alone time, too. We both like to have friends over or small gatherings from time to time, but are typically pretty quiet. Would love to have a friendly relationship with a roommate! About the house: Rent: $1,150/month. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Utilities: Electric, internet, and City utilities split 3 ways.
