i have had this house for five years now, i bought it needed far bit work, its large house around 2400 sqf, the house was very custom before i did any work on it. its all pretty much new inside now, i added extra bedroom and a extra bathroom of which the back side house has its own bedroom and bath now, all bathrooms new with plumbing and electrics, see from the pictures,i did a brand new games room, so everything is new part from kitchen its my last project moment, the house its self has just shy of 3/4 acre with fenced in back yard ie great dogs kids. the house sits on a hill very quiet end of colder sac, it has great view and your very private, great family house, i love this house and everyone that has come to has to its very unique.
