Non-operational vehicles will be towed. 5. Tenant shall not have a trampoline, piano, waterbed, or other liquid furniture on premises. 6. Bicycles are not allowed inside the house. 7. RE: Business enterprise. Tenant may conduct business activities on the internet, but in-person business transactions may not occur on the property. 8.
