Home was built in 2007, has forced air heat for the wainter, a space heater if less heat is desired, each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Downstairs rooms have curtains, and all bedrooms have curtains or blind combination. Home has a separate designated office space with dual monitor capabilities and a bi-fold door if desired.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan with light and remote, two bedside tables with a lamp, 2 closets, standing dual-shower heads, a jetted tub, medicine cabinet, bathroom closet and dual vanity.
Second bedroom has queen bed, tv, 2 lamps, bedside table, dresser, and closet.
Third bedroom has treadmill with adjustable weights, and a small couch with a cover.
Second bathroom has shower/tub, vanity, and new front/back lit mirror.
Living Room has large couch, recliner, coffee table, dining room table w/4 chairs and bench, all windows have curtains. There is a large TV, video game consoles, and many available streaming services on the TV.
Kitchen has large island, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, pots/pans, strainers, colanders, knives, plates/bowls, cutlery, dicer, smoothie maker, and lots of Tupperware.
Half-bath downstairs has large mirror, sink, washer/dryer, and closet.
There is a Pantry next to the kitchen, and a 3rd floor loft space that could be used for another bedroom or playroom. There is a King size mattress up there that can be used. If needed, homeowner will purchase a frame.
Home is 15 minutes from Wells Park and Ride, 40 minutes from downtown Portland, 30 Minutes from Portsmouth and Kittery. There are 3 golf courses inside 30 minutes, about a dozen breweries or distilleries within 30 minutes, and Boston is about a 90-minute drive or 75-minute train ride.
Outside, the property is surrounded by woods, you can hardly see the neighbors' homes, and you have a lot of privacy. Kids and pets can run around the whole house and even go into the woods a bit. The properly line is marked with survey tape.
There is a pool, but it should be closed soon. If tenant stays during the summer they will have access to the pool and are asked to maintain it chemically (provided).
Rent includes electricity, water, internet, trash, and recycling. Heater is through Oil, homeowner will fill tank 1 time, renter is responsible after that. Contact homeowner and they will put in the order with the supplier.
Rent for a minimum of 30 days and up to 120. If longer is needed, please communicate with the homeowner as 120 is negotiable based on length of stand and employment contact length.
Pets are welcome, and the $100 is for if they decide to mark anything. However, if it is discovered that a pet destroys anything that can't be easily replaced (couch, chair, etc.) an additional $500 will be charged to the renter.
Smoking is allowed but not in the house. Please smoke outside on the patio or back porch.
Parking is open and outisde, however any more than 3 vehicles will be difficult to navigate. Please limit parking accordingly.
Currently the homeowner does NOT have snow removal. If you need snow removal and don't wish to find it yourself, the homeowner will contact a plow company. The renter will be charged $25 per plow.
If there is a problem the tenant can solve (burned out bulb, replace deck member, etc.) and the tenant is willing too, the homeowner will pay for the material and reduce the rent accordingly for their willingness. If there is a problem outside the tenant's scope of capabilities the homeowner will have someone come over promptly. There are tools in the basement for anything a tenant may need.
No maintenance should be required for any piece of equipment.
