Wondering why the gap between the "Zestimate" and the sale price? Zillow doesn't know that my adorable home has a brand-new bathroom, newer carpet and tile, or the screened, carpeted porch with ceiling fan. They're also not aware of the fantastic 525 s.f. garage in the back with a half-bath and ceiling fan. Neighborhood Description One of the main reasons I bought this home was for the neighborhood. I feel safe here. The neighbors are so friendly and you'll always see people walking their dogs and taking babies out in strollers. I don't have children, but I've heard great things about the elementary school (within walking distance!). It's a neighborhood feel, but you're so close to everything, including a Publix right down the road, as well as a pharmacy and a Blockbuster! People say hello to each other in the streets - it's almost an old-fashioned kind of feeling.
