This is a gated community. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval. Late check-outs without approval will incur a charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are 10:00 AM 10:00 PM daily; swim at your own risk. Two guests are allowed per household. No glass containers, diving, running, rough play, loud music, or pets are allowed in the pool area. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the pool area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the pool area. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or speak with property management staff. Any lease violations, including smoking or noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine. If you encounter noise or odors, please notify us within 1 hour to 24 hours to address the issue. Bugs may be present due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by property management and may experience delays. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. A fee of $50 will be charged for unreturned or damaged key fobs. Parties, excessive trash, unit damage, or gatherings with unlisted guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes. Each additional bag of trash over two bags will incur a $25 charge. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. Linens and towels are provided and laundered between guest visits. The public pool may be closed for maintenance; please verify availability if it is a key amenity for your stay. No refunds will be provided for pool closures.
