The renter or their guests may not enter the pasture in the months when the beef cattle get put in to keep the grass down. Usually the cattle are in the pasture for 2/3 months per year, depending on the amount of rain. Inside the house: new furnace, water softener, water heater, electric stove, microwave and oak kitchen table. Important rental information: The heating in the house runs off propane. The renter is responsible for all fees associated with filling the tank. The LP tank is owned by the rental unit, so the renter will have their choice of LP companies to maintain their tank level. All propane left in the tank upon departure will not be reimbursed. The house does not have a central air conditioning. One window air conditioning unit is provided in the kitchen, but potential renters will probably need to add one more upstairs to maintain a comfortable temperature in the warm months. All lawn mowing and snow plowing are the responsibility of the renter. The lawn mower is provided, however additional lawn care equipment is not provided. Snow removal equipment will not be provided.
