    This homes layout is perfect and the price is very reasonable. I need to move quickly so make me an offer. It has 1900 living with 330 garage. 12 x 16 detached garage/shop. Theres all new appliances from C&C. It has a new side × side refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave over the stove. A new washer and dryer from C & C. The stove is maybe 3 or 4 years old. I had plumber put in a new gas - hot water heater maybe 4 years ago and a technician put in a new 4 ton central air and gas heat last year. The central air and heat unit is located in the attic. Ive built and restored many of my toys and all my equipment in here. This house is closer to the plants and refinery. Its between sulphur and lake Charles. Close to I-10 and 210. Its also located near the maplewood grade school, center circle park and community pool on Center circle off mulberry road. The park has a new walking track across from the school and its a short walking distance to maplewood grade school. I had to make an immediate relocation, so I've reduced the price for a quick sale. I wish I didnt have to sell this home. Its really setup for our convenience. Perfect neighbors and neighborhood. Our veterinarian lives across the street from us. Great families and friends all around us. I'm hoping to meet friends like this in our new location.
