Open living room/kitchen area with lots of natural light available from the large windows (with privacy shades). There are storage benches at the base of the windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living room. Appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer) are not repaired or replaced by the landlord. The pool and fenced in pastures are not included in the rental. There is an attached outside storage area if needed. No yardwork is required by tenant. Initially the lease will be for 3 months and it may be extended if the tenant and landlord agree.
