Details: Address: 420 Valley St, Lower Queen Anne, Seattle, WA - 98109 Around 1.4 miles from Downtown Seattle and around 0.4 miles from Space Needle. 20 minutes walk to most Amazon buildings. Quite cheap considering the location, your share would be $1150 per month (plus utilities). Has 1 assigned parking slot which my roommate doesn t use (that s a save of another ~$250). Current lease was recently renewed and runs till Jan 2019. Landlord is pretty flexible and easy to communicate with. Apartment (~900 sqft) has modern finish and all appliances including microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer plus all the usuals.
