    Original 1115 sq ft of home was built in 1952. About 900 sq ft was recently added in 2001. In 2008 an oversized two car garage replaced an existing 1 car carport and a new better, larger roof replaced/upgraded the front half of the existing roof. A 16 by 36 ft pool was added with solar and heat pump. A pvc fence was added to the back yard. A new circular driveway was added. The total cost of the 2008 additions was about $140,000. That is not reflected in your zestimate. Also there is no reason for the zestimate of my house to have dropped 10% recently when my neighbor at 417 Armada Road South has gone up, along with almost everyone else in Venice, FL. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR ZESTIMATE TO REFLECT THESE FACTS.
