    Very seldom do homes become available in this desirable subdivision in Dodgeville.  Located so near Centennial Park and the swimming pool, this home is in an ideal location for the active individual!  And yet, it is right on the edge of town so it is quite peaceful since Orchard Ridge is a dead end road there is not a lot of through traffic.  They do say that in real estate it is all about location, location, location....And what about the house.  The landscaping is quite well done and mature with trees just right.  And as you walk up to the home, you are greeted by a welcoming front porch.  You enter to an expansive two story foyer and open staircase.  From there, to the right is the dining room which is comprised of a wall of windows and window seats all around, which also doubles as wonderful storage (and who doesn't need that?).  The dining room is open to the living room area too, and I am guessing that is quite convenient for those Thanksgiving football games.If one goes the other direction from the foyer you would either go to the powder room (love that there is one on the first floor and that it is "out of the way") and around to the family room, kitchen, sun room or straight through to the laundry room, garage or down to the lower level.So the main level traffic pattern is a circle around the stairs really.  It is very open on both sides--the dining room/living room and the kitchen/family room/sun room.  I especially like the kitchen part.  It is laid out so well.  The appliances are stainless steel and all included, the flooring, backsplash, counters and cabinets are very attractive and nicely coordinated.  I like how the kitchen is open to the family room and the gas fireplace and it is so cozy and also open to the sun room and bright.  It is a fabulous area for entertaining large groups of people.  I know as I have been to parties in this home and it can accommodate so many people at a time--both inside and outside--effortlessly!  The gas fireplace has a wonderful mantle and adds a lot of ambiance to the space as the does wood flooring throughout.  The sun room has french doors that lead to the the wraparound deck which is tiered to access the backyard!Rounding out the main level would be an always important first floor laundry and, of course, mud room with nice sized utility closet.Upstairs, one will find three good sized bedrooms, freshly painted in neutral colors, all with overly large (7-9 foot) closets and ceiling fans for comfort.  I am always amazed at how large these closets are because you simply do not see closets this big in ordinary bedrooms every day.  There is also a linen closet in the hall and a full bath to serve these bedrooms.The master bedroom has its own bath with a jetted tub with a handheld shower and a separate freestanding shower, and a double sink vanity and walk-in closets.  It is quite large and has a lot of natural light.   Maybe you want a little space to store your stuff?  Well, look no further....the lower level is a full basement, with high ceilings and right now, completely unfinished, with the exception of the above ground windows for great natural light, again with the natural light. right?  Well, that could be important, like, if you wanted to put a finished bedroom in the basement and another bathroom.  Yes, it is plumbed for another bathroom.  You would want an egress window, and wow, it is already there!  That saves you a bunch of money!  So, back to the plans, if you want to finish the basement for living, you have a bit of a head start, but if you just want storage, there is plenty of that too.  There is also a pellet stove to help you heat the house.  It is very efficient.  Additional things about this house, there is an attached two car garage with extra storage with a side door.  It is in arguably one of the best neighborhoods in Dodgeville!  It is absolutely priced to sell quickly and the seller can move quickly if need be.  Come see it today!
