Application is required. This is a 12 month lease. At the end of the 12 months renter can choose to renew or do a month to month lease. No pets and no smoking! No exceptions Renter is responsible for all utilities including: water, electric, cable, internet. Renter is ask to keep air filters changed monthly (owner will pay for filters) and maintain standard cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Owner pays for lawn care, air filters, annual spraying.
