Living here is CONVENIENT. The NYC express bus stop is just up the street, there is a free shuttle to the train station. Several plyagrounds are within walking distance, as is the local sports complex, including football stadium, track, tennis and basketball courts, bike trails, and baseball and soccer fields. Also, within walking distance are restaurants, convenience stores, a great daycare, top-rated pediatricians office, dentist, and banks. The Union School is just up the street. Neighbors are friendly. Central Vacuum System, Indoor/Outdoor Surround Sound System, Remote Garage Door Opener, Security System. We loved this house as a couple, and have loved it as our family grew with children. The layout was great with bedrooms up and downstairs. We renovated the basement in 2008 and spent a lot of time down there. We housed lots of family and friends for special occasions, and were happy to be able to fit everyone. The yard is flat and green with a large deck, BBQ area, patio and yard AND gardens. We loved to plant a garden each year and have one raised bed of perennials. There is a beautiful flowering tree in front of the back fence, just beautiful each year. The size is not overwhelmingly large, but very enjoyable. Neighborhood Description Friendly neighbors and close to Neread Boat Club so you can scully in the passiac river.
