This property is not fully fenced and there is wildlife that can make pets vulnerable. This area of Sebastopol is "breezy" and generally cooler than much of Sonoma County. It is quiet, yet sometimes due to weather conditions, road noise can be heard on occasion. Chickens permitted, but you'd need to make your own structures and enclosures. Lots of garden space.
