Public records and rental history information may include: Each rental applicant must be able to demonstrate a pattern of meeting their rental or mortgage obligations, leaving prior properties in good condition and not having a pattern of complaints from neighbors. Applicants should be able to provide references from previous housing providers for a period of the past 3 years. - If application has prior rental experience, good references from two pervious landlords. - No documented comply or vacate notice or late payments in the last 12 months. - No prior evictions on applicant record The following may result in immediate denial of application: - False, incorrect, missing, or misleading information.
