You will have house privileges so we are looking for someone respectful and cleanly. The bathroom will be private most of the time. My brother was in a diving accident last year so he has caregivers to help him and they will have access to the bathroom. We are young but over our party days so just looking someone positive and responsible. Rent is $725/mo (added $25 per pet), utilities included. Wi-fi, cable included. Smoking ok outside only.
