Welcome to our home! This amazing home is a great place to stay for an extended period of time! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need! We are 10-12 minutes to downtown, or take the bridge over to Lawrenceville! We are close to the universities, hospitals, and more! All are between 5-10 minutes drive. Conveniently located near local breweries and music venues in Millvale! We'd be happy to host you! Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. With two cozy queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig, utensils, and cooking supplies, and lots of closet space and seating in the living room, our duplex is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. However, note that the first full bathroom is on the second floor, and the second full bathroom is in the basement. It's our joy to make your stay comfortable and memorable! Guest enjoy exclusive access to the entire unit. Each unit on the property has its own private entrance. The driveway, patio, and backyard are the only common spaces; these are shared with a neighbouring tenant Feel free to contact us via text for any assistance. We're here to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Please treat our home with the same respect as your own. We've worked hard to create a welcoming space for our guests. Booking confirms your agreement to a security deposit hold, which will be released after check-out if all house rules are honored. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all registered guests follow these rules. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. We require names, phone numbers, and photo IDs for each guest. Additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and may incur fees up to $50 per guest per day. Unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fee per person per night and may lead to termination of your stay. Parties or events will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Small gatherings must follow all house rules. Allow access for maintenance if needed; we'll notify you in advance when possible. Please keep the property secure by locking windows and doors when not in use. No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise may lead to eviction and forfeiture of your deposit. Do not tamper with locked doors or security cameras. Use the bins provided and do not flush sanitary products. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Report any damages; repair costs may apply. For tours, we can schedule them based on your availability.
