No garage access. Lease is month to month but rent varies based on how long you stay. Rent is $450/month if you stay four months or longer. Rent is $900/month if you stay three months or less. Utilities included (Internet, water, gas, electricity, and waste). Proof of employment, such as a pay stub, is needed. First and last month's rent due before move-in. A few house rules: You must wear headphones when watching TV/listening to music. No shoes on the carpet. Don't hang anything on the walls. Kitchen must be clean. Month to month. Owner pays all utilities.
