Water is free and propane tank is filled up when needed. Renters will need to pay for gas, electricity and internet. Fire permits need to be requested from Fire Department. Smoking is outside only. There is free outdoor Parking for 2 - 3 cars. Pets welcome but there is wildlife and other pets. Subletting ok if owner agrees on tenant.
