This is a lovely farm house on a great property that has been updated structurally and cosmetically. In addition to the work that has been done throughout the rest of the house the kitchen and bathrooms (two full and two half) have been totally renovated. There are many windows letting in lots of natural light. The landscaping was done professionally and includes an irrigation system for the beds and outside lighting. Over the years we have used the barn for a horse, a pony, angus steer, sheep, a pig, and turkeys. Current residents are a miniature donkey, two alpacas, three goats, several chickens, and some barn cats. We will be happy to find new homes for all of them unless you are interested in keeping them. The house is on a beautiful lot, is in an excellent school district, and it is close to the Metro Parks, shopping, and freeways.
