We will have a room available to rent September 1st. We live in a 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom house close to Drake Road and Stover Street. Though we live on a major street, the neighborhood is nice and quiet most of the time. Tenants here are required to be on the lease, which will be in effect till August 1st of 2027. We all get along pretty well, along with two friendly dogs. There are restrictions on having pets in the house at any time, including a written agreement with the landlord prior to pets being present. Also, a pet deposit and monthly pet rent will also be required per pet. The house has a good amount of space, including a sizable backyard, and the driveway can be used for off-street parking. Utilities are split evenly, and vary between $70-$90 per month per person, roughly. Please let me know if you have questions about anything else! Tenants pay for gas, electricity, trash and water.

We are working professionals who like to communicate issues as they come up and find solutions that benefit everyone. We do work night jobs, so most of the time we sleep during the day. The dog is very friendly, but will demand pets almost always.
