Remote home in the country on acreage. home built in 2011 and has an open floor plan. it is completely furnished, even has dishes, etc. It would be perfect for someone who may be going through a divorce and needs somewhere to live fully furnished. Background check will be completed, income verified, and application must be filled out. You will pay all the utilities to include propane for heat, electricity, garbage pickup, Internet, Dish... The only internet that I have there is currently DSL, however, I can have Comcast installed, however, you will have to pay the Comcast bill once installed. It has a Well - it actually has two wells to draw from. The drive way is very long and is not plowed in the winter unless you do it. However, the driveway is VERY flat and not on a hill so if you have a 4x4, you can just drive over the snow unless we get a a ton of snow then you will have to plow it.
