It's not 1 bedroom for rent, it's 2 bedrooms being rented together with a private bathroom. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for rent. 1st bedroom is furnished with a queen sized memory foam bed. Bedroom 2 is a furnished private living room. There's a couch, book shelf , table, and 43" tv mounted on the wall for your use. The tv is already logged into Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix for with a guest account for you. This is a fully functioning home, I live here alone with my dog, and you're welcome to everything except groceries (Spices and condiments are available to you). I have a place for you to keep your groceries. This is a month to month lease. As long as you are respectful and pay rent on time you are welcome to stay as long as you need. 30 day notice is required and security deposit can not be used for the final month rent (used for any damages and will be returned in full if no damages when leaving). 30 day notice can be given by either party at anytime for any reason. No different than any other rental situation.
