Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed This bedroom is on the upper right side of the house and offers a Queen Bed and in room small pedestal sink / mirror. There is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower located just outside the bedroom. Loft Area - Queen Bed & Twin Bed The loft area is located directly above the kitchen and overlooks the main living room. It offers a Queen Bed and Twin Bed and is a great spillover area for kids or a few additional guests who aren't seeking maximum privacy. The loft area shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Available for ski lease from December 1 forward. Seeking a 5 month lease term. Seeking a responsible group who will take good care of the property! No party groups! Rent is $4,250 per month. All furnishings, internet and driveway snow removal included in the rental price. Tenants to assume cost of electricity and gas (utilities placed in tenant's name through lease term).
