The house is a center hall colonial. 4 bedrooms and two baths are on the 2nd level. The main level has the kitchen, living room, powder room, dining room and family room. The eat-in kitchen opens to a nice deck and backyard, which overlooks about 3 acres of woods. We finished the basement in 2007, adding a bedroom , a bathroom with a steam shower, a wet bar, a home theater area, and a walk-out to the back yard. We tiled the entire basement and put in a sheet rocked ceiling with recessed lighting. The lot is about a half-acre and the neighborhood is a mix of older couples and families with young children. We painted the entire outside of the house in 2007, put in a new furnace and air-conditioner, while adding a whole house humidifier. A new driveway was poured in 2008. In 2010, we converted a large upstairs closet into a laundry room, adding an outside window for extra light. The kitchen was remodeled, with new cabinets, appliances and hardwood floors.
