Recently updated unit ten blocks south of downtown Portland. The unit is ready to move-in 2/5/23 and can be shown, but I can't accept applications until1/17/23 due to Portland ordinance. This unit was updated about three years ago with new carpet, kitchen, lights, doors and several other items. We have just updated the heaters from baseboard to wall heaters, but the pictures don't show that. It is a good, solid unit that is in a small twelve-unit building. Water, garbage and sewer are included with rent. Please note, there is a no pet and no smoke policy. A month to month rental agreement is fine with a written agreement of no rent increases prior to 12-months. A $600 refundable deposit and a $40 application fee per adult is required for this unit. There is no last month's rent as a prepayment.
