Living rooms and bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpet and other areas have tile. Space in basement can be used for storage. No garage. Current renters hate to leave, but are moving out of state for family reasons. We cannot provide pictures of the interior at this time due to tenants packing. For this reason, we cannot show the property to all interested parties. Instead, we will schedule only a few showings to the most qualified applicants. Available for rent on 6/1/2021. Rent: $1,050 PLUS utilities which average $185/month. Rent does not include the utilities, so the minimum financial commitment with be $1,250. The following utilities are in the property owner's name and the tenant will reimburse the owner each month for electricity, gas, water/sewer. Experienced landlord is property owner and prefers 2 year lease with at least one-month's rent as a security deposit. He will request income verification and will personally contact references before making a final decision. NO cats or large dogs.
