Downstairs tenants enjoy multiple additional storage areas downstairs, along with additional storage upstairs. This room is suitable for a single professional who does not work from home (bedrooms are adjacent). The two other roommates (both male, early 20's) are quiet and work full time early shift jobs. The house is located in the Eagle River Estates in Gypsum and backs to the Eagle River. It sits on 1/4 acre and includes river access. Pets may be allowed upon individual pre-approval, will require an additional deposit. The back yard has a fully fenced area with doggie doors from the garage and house. There are no pets at the house currently. This room is not furnished. Utilities are averaged to $180 per month (includes wifi). Tenants are jointly responsible for keeping the lawns mowed through summer, and for sidewalk snow removal in winter (must be removed within 24 hours of snowfall's end as per town regulations).
