We had 4 kids, two black labs, a swing set, sand pile, trampoline, quad track, all set on 1.3 acres which is a easy to mow flat yard for kids to roam. Master bed/bath/walk-in closet with trap door access is a spacious bonus. The 2 bedrooms we made bigger by using closets for dressers rather than storage. We transferred washer and dryer to hallway and made utility room a pantry and eating area. The family room is hard wood and was our office. The dining room was our family/entertainment room with big picture windows all around to see outside. Guest/main bathroom was accessible and updated with laminate flooring and pedestal sink. New plush carpet installed in master bedroom 2017 all other bedrooms have been repainted and carpeted in the last 10 yrs. The hardwood once in the kitchen has been replaced with laminate flooring. New counter tops for lunch bar are on order. House and deck have been pressured washed and is still sturdy. School and store are close by also access to 101 Hoquiam Aberdeen Monte Wynoochee river access you can be any of those places within 20 min. Weather is in banana belt up here in the valley usually ten degrees warmer than in town. Loved the area and updated house for our growing family.
