Utilities included(PGE, Propane cable, high speed internet) . Very quite adult neighborhood. We are looking for a quite person/couple who appreciates coming home to a peaceful space. Sorry no smoking, drugs or pets. Month to month rent @$2000/month with security deposit of $2000
