There is also a fire pit and a wooden swing to wile away the time. You can walk across the street to hike in one of the most popular state parks in S.Carolina. Away from it all and yet convenient to everything. Pickens is just 15 minutes away and Greenville is a 30 minute drive. Tenant would be responsible for electric and heat (propane). It is a central air conditioning unit that is new and is very efficient. There is another cabin on the property which we use a few times a year but for the most part, the property is there for you to enjoy. Tenant responsible for electric & gas.
